Justice Ibrahim Saulawa panel of the Court of Appeal in Abuja on Wednesday set aside Justice Abang`s ruling which replaced Eyitayo Jegede with Jimoh Ibrahim in the forth coming Ondo governorship elections.
Justice Saulawa ruled that former attorney general of Ondo State, “Eyitayo Jegede should replace Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim as the PDP governorship candidate. (Detials later)
