Controversial former governor of Borno State, Ali Modu Sheriff, has been named the new National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Sheriff emerged after all members of the national caucus, PDP Governors’ Forum and the National Assembly caucuses of the party unanimously endorsed him on Tuesday.
