On the heels of the ministerial screening process in the Senate on Tuesday, names of the ministerial nominees contained in in a second list sent to the Senate on Monday by President Muhammadu Buhari has been read by Senate president BukolaSaraki.
The nominees on the list are:
Hajia Khadija Bukar Ibrahim, a former first lady of Yobe State; Omoleye Daramola; Prof Anthony Onwuka, a professor of education administration, who served as secretary to the Government of Imo state; Jeffrey Onyema; Dan Ali, a retired Brigadier-General and Barr James Ocholi an aspirant at the last APC governorship primary in Kogi State. He was defeated by Audu Abubakar.
Others are: Zainab Ahmed, Okechukwu Enelamah, chief executive officer of African Capital Alliance; Muhammadu Bello; Mustapha Baba; Aisha Abubakar; Heineken Okpobiri, former Speaker Bayelsa State House of Assembly and two-time Senator; Adamu Adamu; Isaac Adewole, former Vice Chancellor, University of Ibadan (UI), and a professor of obstetrics and gynaecology and Abubakar Bawa
