Former Minister of Aviation and Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Stella Oduah, has been sent out of the Senate by the Nigerian Supreme Court.
She was sacked with her counterpart representing Anambra South Senatorial District, Andy Ubah, who once served former President Olusegun Obasanjo as an aide.
The apex court nullified the elections that got them into the Senate.
They both won the election on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) under which the recently sacked Senator Uche Ekwunife also won the election.
To replace Stella Oduah now is Annie Okonkwo while Chris Ubah, brother to Andy, is to replace him.
The Supreme Court also affirmed Ejike Oguebego as the authentic chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Anambra State.
